Johnstone's Trade has played it's part in assisting with the renovation of a Women's Refuge in Leeds. The refuge was beginning to look run down and in need of a refresh. DLA FreemanWhite were involved with the refugue and took action to develop a masterplan to renovate the outdoor space at the refuge.
The plan included several recyclable and cost effective designs in order to deliver a fun, enjoyable and relaxing space for the adults and children. Part of the plan includes a ‘Wildlife Garden’ which incorporates a painted mural onto a large brick wall. Johnstone's Trade donated paint for the mural which is called 'Honey Pot Airport' and is child friendly, fun and has been very successfull in brightening the outdoor space.
